The Klamath Falls Community Band is made up of volunteers that have at least a high school level of proficiency on their instrument. Our Membership policy can be seen below.
Membership shall be open to instrumental musicians who have at least a high school proficiency on their instrument and who pay all required dues. Annual dues will be set by the Board of Directors (Currently set at $75.00 for the Concert Season). Membership includes all organization rights and privileges, including voting rights, eligibility to hold office, eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors, and eligibility to receive one complimentary ticket for each performance.
Probationary membership shall be open to high school musicians who meet the eligibility requirements. Probationary membership shall not include organization rights or privileges, including voting rights, eligibility to hold office, eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors in conjunction with the Conductor and Section Leaders shall establish policies for the determination of membership.
